Museums

Natural history museums are an indispensable resource for studying evolution, systematics, and global biodiversity. Nearly all evolution research relies in some way on museum collections, and since I am interested in processes that play out over decades or over millennia, museums have played a particularly important role in my research.

I am committed to responsible use of museum resources, augmenting museum collections whenever possible, and educating the public on the benefits of museums.
